Process Time

We usually ship out all items the next day (excluding weekends). If you have any special requests feel free to contact us and we will try to cater for your needs. 

Packaging 

We want our customers to have an experience when opening our packages. All our pyjamas are hand wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift box at no extra charge. A thank you card is also placed in the package with a personal note for all our customers. 

All our tracksuit items are hand wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in our eco-friendly shipping satchels. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE standard domestic shipping for orders over $150 AUD.

A flat rate of $10 AUD for Standard Shipping Australia wide for orders under $150 AUD

Express shipping rate is $15 AUD Australia Wide.

Once orders are dispatched, shipping will take up to 5-10 business days for standard shipping, and 2-4 business days for express shipping. Please note, during busy periods orders may take longer to ship.

Please note that we are not responsible for the packages once they have been dispatched to our carriers. 

International Shipping

New Zealand $19.90 AUD

Asia Pacific $39.90 AUD

Western Europe $39.90 AUD

USA & Canada $39.90 AUD

All prices are in Australian Dollars. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and will need to pay them before they can receive their order.

Returns

All exchanges are accepted on un-personalised pyjamas that are still in the same condition as they were when you received them (with tags still attached, unworn, and perfect condition), and must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your package. Please contact us if you would like to exchange at info@kooshcollection.com.au.

Please note: no refunds on sale items, only exchanges will be accepted, as long as the item still has the tags attached, unworn, and in perfect condition.

If items are received faulty or damaged, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days. 

Care Guide

Our products are delicate and need to be treated with care 💕 The pyjamas are a silky satin fabric made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. You can hand wash or machine wash the pyjamas. We suggest when machine washing the pyjamas, place it on gentle cycle, cold wash, separately or in a lingerie wash bag. 

We also suggest washing all tracksuit sets on gentle cycle and cold wash. 

Sizing

All pyjamas come in a set; unfortunately, there are no mixing of sizes. If you are unsure about sizing, we suggest you go one size up for more of a comfortable fit.

Due to photographic lighting and different devices used to view the displayed product, the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual colour of the product. Similarly, other slight variations may occur between the product displayed and the actual product.
